Are you ready for an artful escape? Join Dina as you create a unique and colorful
Art Journal Folio. You'll start with a
Tim Holtz idea-ology blank folio. You'll
use gesso, paint, masks, and stencils to alter it using Dina's stencils and
acrylic paints. Then you'll create
meaningful pages with paint, stamps, and stencils to go inside the folio. You'll add quotes and imagery that make your
folio explode with color and meaning.
Unique and expressive, this will be a day full of art techniques with a
beautiful project as the end results.
Supplies to Bring: Craft sheet or mat; scissors; water container to
clean your brushes; baby wipes; paper towels; and paper plate or palette paper
to use as a palette (or you can just use your craft sheet). You may also want a small notebook and pencil
or pen for taking notes. All other materials and supplies will be provided.

Ready to make art that a cut above? Come to this Workshop where you'll explore
cuts and folds and pockets as a way to add variety and interest to your
artwork. You'll work with stamps,
stencils, and acrylics to make unique journal pages. You'll focus on bold colors and images, as
well.

Dina's "Art Journal Play" Workshops are all about
exploring and playing with art journaling techniques. The goal is to learn techniques, experiment,
play, and make finished journal pages.
You'll be working in journals, but the techniques apply to all mixed
media projects (canvases, book making, etc.)
Supplies to Bring: Art Journal (Dina recommends Ranger's Dylusions Creative Journal); craft sheet or mat; scissors; water container to clean your brushes; baby wipes; paper towels; paper plate or palette paper to use as a palette (or you can just use your craft sheet); and craft knife and cutting mat. You may also want a small notebook and pencil or pen for taking notes. All other materials and supplies will be provided.

The new Media Journal is full of varied, interesting
surfaces ~ burlap, canvas, kraft, and handmade watercolor paper. Come to this Workshop to play and explore all
the surfaces. A journal is included in the
Workshop cost. You will stamp,
stencil, paint, cut, print, tip in, tear, and have a great day of journaling,
playing, and experimenting.
