How do I use Color Burst? It's as easy as "spritz & sprinkle"! Just spritz water on watercolor paper, then sprinkle Color Burst powders in your choice of color and create bright beautiful backgrounds for any project. You can mix Color Burst powders with water and spray using stencils, stamp with your favorite stamps, even paint with it!
