Thursday Nigh Technique Series – “Embossing Powders”     $15.00
Join JACK & CAT CURIO in this week’s Techniques Class, “Embossing Powders”, and be amazed at what this wonderful powder can do.  Learn the correct techniques in the use of embossing powders and mediums, all the while exploring the different results you can get.  All supplies will be provided.

“Halloween Mini-Album”                                                            $38.00
Join DANA EDWARDS as she helps you create a fun "Halloween Mini-Album" using Authentique's newest paper line, "Glowing".  You'll construct this spooky book using skewers, waxed linen thread, and the piano hinge binding technique.  Lots of fun embellishments are included to help decorate this fantastic Halloween keepsake.  Lunch and all supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any favorite trim or bling you might want to add.

“Journey to OZ” Album & Workbook with Jack & Cat Curio       $70.00
Follow the yellow brick road . . . and join JACK & CAT CURIO, design team members for Graphic 45, as they guide you into the Realm of Oz.
Each student will be given a kit filled with papers, embellishments, trims, and more to create a fabulous Emerald City three-ring chipboard album.  Join in for a day filled with glitter techniques, giveaways, and wonderful OZ-like creativity.  Lunch and all supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite details cutters and adhesive.

Continue your journey through the maze of inks with this week’s Techniques Class, “Alcohol Inks”.  We all have these wonderful little bottles of inks in our creative stash, but do we all know how to use them?  And on what project?  Join JACK & CAT CURIO as they demonstrate the how-to’s when it comes to Alcohol Inks.  All supplies will be provided.

“Steampunk & Halloween Printer Tray” with Jack & Cat Curio   $80.00
What do you get when you mix Halloween with your love of steampunk?  Come and join JACK & CAT CURIO as they guide you in this all day class to create a one-of-a-kind mysterious and dark piece of eye candy.  In this class, you’ll combine lost and found objects, ephemera, trinkets and treasures, and several papers from the Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante collection into a rich story using the Tim Holtz idea-ology Print Tray.  Techniques that you’ll learn will include rusting found objects, creating texture with molding paste, aging and inking, and other strong techniques for collage storytelling.  Lunch and all supplies will be provided for this all-day workshop.

Create an "Altered Book & Album" full of fun techniques with a family & home theme.  You'll ink, stamp, hammer, bead and paint your way through class.  You'll have the opportunity to choose items to make the book your own.  Each one will be unique! Supplies to Bring: paper trimmer, scissors, liquid glue, any of your favorite inks (earth tones will be available), and any photos you'd like to include (optional - may be added later).  Lunch and all other items will be provided.

“Handmade Paper Roses” with Cheryl Wildman         $20.00
These "Handmade Paper Roses" are beautiful!  They're fun to make and great for embellishing cards, scrapbooks, mini albums, photo frames, or any project that needs a floral accent.  Turn them into one-of-a-kind refrigerator magnets for that "last minute" gift!  You'll learn how to prepare the paper, make the basic cuts using dies and punches, and how to form and assemble the petals and leaves.  All supplies are included.

“Altered Halloween Matchbox Shrines”

"Matchbox Shrines" are personal, portable works of art that can be hidden in a pocket or drawer.  Enclose a tiny message and they're a unique alternative to a card.  They're small enough to be made into magnets, pins, or even a small gift box.  In this class, everything will be supplied for you to make at least two Matchbox Shrines, but feel free to bring anything of your own for a really personal shrine.  Join in the fun making these Halloween-theme Matchbox Shrines!  A WORD OF CAUTION . . . Join JUDY WOOD as she continues to share with you a variety of techniques in this intermediate class in creating beautiful miniature works of art in “Chasing Rainbows Altered Dominoes”.  Begin with a blank wood art board and dominoes, then just add your favorite inks and bling, and share in the magic of making this fantastic collage that you’d be proud to give as a gift or keep for yourself.  All supplies will be provided, but please bring any small favorite bling or trim you may want to add.

It's almost Halloween and we all know what that means when it comes to Jack & Cat!  Come and create a special, one-of-a-kind mysterious and rustic, 6"x6" shrine box with  JACK & CAT CURIO.  Students will be guided in various techniques for producing exciting and aged looking textures out of everyday objects.  Lunch and all supplies will be provided for this all-day workshop.
