Come and join Rebecca Janousek for a Very Special Repeat Event . . . 2 fun-filled & exciting days of Art Journaling!  Explore different art journal techniques, all the while letting go and having fun while making wonderful art!  You'll be working in your personal art journal, beginning with creating beautiful, personalized covers.  You'll also learn different ways of creating fun bright backgrounds, your own collage papers, then putting it all together to make fun, unique art journal pages.  You'll be dripping, splattering, and even smashing paint into your pages so be ready for a fun, messy 3 days of play!  Make your reservations early because with SEATING LIMITED TO ONLY 8 students, this Workshop is sure to sell out quick!

 

Supplies to Bring:  Mixed Media Art Journal (Rebecca suggests Strathmore’s 9″x7″ Hard or Soft Cover Mixed Media Journal, but any journal with at least 80-90# paper will work); craft sheet; heat gun; paint brushes (different sizes); palette knife; jar for water; paint palette; roll of paper towels (kitchen variety); black and white gesso; texture paste; favorite wet adhesive (Rebecca suggests matte medium); collage materials (papers, magazines, etc.); pens for journaling (favorite colors & sizes); and favorite washi tape(s).

Optional Supplies:  Any favorite paints; stencils; markers; and/or stamps.  All other supplies and materials will be provided.
