Join Gayl as she returns with another gorgeous mixed media
canvas! Begin by creating a background
on a 6" x 6" cradle-style canvas that will feature a bejeweled Relics
and Artifacts heart. Relics and
Artifacts are those beautiful cast resin pieces created by Sandra Evertson (www.sandraevertson.com) that are just
crying out to be decorated. Enhance your
project with the new Artisan Powders by Frank Garcia from Prima Marketing, as
well as the new Finnabair Art Waxes and Sparks
paints. These new paints are sheer
pastel, with colors to absolutely die for!
Gayl will also be sharing her own unique style of using everyday
household items, such as nuts and bolts, to kick up your design. She'll also provide you with some tips and
tricks about adding glitter, stones, and beads to your piece for just the right
pizzazz, all of which promises to add up to a day of mixed media fun! From beginning to end, you'll have the
opportunity to experiment and test techniques to see how they work with your
personal crafting style. Everything
about this Workshop spells out fun, so call now to save your space it sells
out! SEATING IS LIMITED TO ONLY 8 students!
Supplies to Bring: Craft sheet or mat; heat tool; plus any special embellishments you'd like to add to personalize your project. All other materials and supplies will be provided.
