ICE Resin® in Bezels” Workshop
with Polly Hendrickson
Saturday ~ November 22, 2014
10:30am – 4:00pm
Cost:  $90.00 (includes lunch)

By now, we've all heard of ICE Resin®.  But what do we really know about it? What is it?  It’s a fantastic jeweler’s grade resin created by internationally known designer and mixed media artist, Susan Lenart Kazmer, and is a fabulous product to work with it’s self-leveling, self-healing, and naturally doming characteristics that dries to a crystal clear, glass-like finish in 8-12 hours . . . with no heat necessary!  And when properly cared for, it won’t fade, yellow, or become brittle like so many other resins on the market.  Come join Polly Hendrickson, Certified ICE Resin® Instructor and Design Team Member, and make not 1 . . . not 2 . . . but 3 gorgeous bezel necklaces, each filled with a mini-collage that you'll design.  Each of your collages will include charms, words, glitter, ephemera papers . . . anything you'd like to include.  The possibilities are limited only by your imagination!  Follow along as you learn how to mix ICE Resin®, design and create your collages, and fill each bezel with resin.  Polly will also share how to make a fabric chain for each necklace using silk ribbons, lace, and other materials, in addition to creating handmade wire clasps.  Designed to allow you to use your imagination completely, this is sure to be a fun and exciting Workshop!  Keep one necklace for yourself and give two as holiday gifts . . . if you can bear to part with them!  SEATING IS LIMITED, so call early to save your space because the Workshop is on its way to selling out!
