It's A "Good News, Bad News" Kind of Day . . .

Let's start with the "Good News" first . . .

Now on to the "Bad News" . . .
By this time, everyone is familiar with the price increase that was issued by Ranger for the Tim Holtz Distress Inks & Reinkers last February.  We were fortunate enough to have been given a "heads-up" from our supplier before the increase and were able to stock up at the old prices.  Unfortunately now, though, we're having to place reorders at the new, higher prices, and this means we'll have to increase our sale prices.  Effective September 1st, the Ink Pads will be priced at $5.99 and the Reinkers will be priced at $4.99 to reflect the increase.  Be sure to check your supply to see what colors you might need  . . . or just want to add to your "stash" . . .and come in now to get yours before the increase in September.

Product Highlight . . .

Distress Inks . . . we all have them, but what are they?  What can we do with them?  Do we really need them?  If you've asked yourself at least one of these questions in the past, this is for you.

Simply, Tim Holtz Distress Inks are a collection of acid-free, non-toxic, fade resistant, water-based dye inks. Available in 36 original colors and 12 seasonal shades, they're perfect for all the vintage, stained, or aged effects crafters want to create in all their paper crafting projects . . . altered books, scrapbook pages, cards, and so much more!  Tim selected each color and helped develop the inks to produce a realistic, weathered look on paper, photos, wood, and even fibers.  Each Distress Ink color even affords added versatility when photo tinting and color layering with its warm, vintage tones.  Each Distress Ink 2"x2" pad is designed to be easily used not only with an ink blending tool, but the higher raised felt makes for easier use with direct to paper techniques.  Easy to use Reinkers are also available in 0.5 oz. amber glass bottles with eye drop applicators in colors that match each Distress Ink color exactly.  And by adding a drop or two of your favorite color Reinker into your sprayer, you can create your own custom color sprays!  The possibilities are endless!
