Design Originals' & Ranger's vintage Tim Holtz Distressables Collection!  This long discontinued and hard-to-find 9"x9" cardstock paper collection is perfectly scaled for all your smaller projects, or for where you just want a snippet of color.  From clowns to time sheets, each design is gorgeous in warm vintage hues that will suit any project.  But with a VERY limited supply, we're expecting these papers to fly out the door, so come in quick for yours . . . because once they're gone, they're gone!!

Just Arrived from the Shores of Jersey!

Distress Paints, the newest product to join Tim Holtz’ Distress Family, have finally arrived to the shelves of CraftFusion!

These fluid water-based paints have some pretty innovative properties to them, certainly not like ordinary craft paints.  The viscosity of these paints are reminiscent of the fluid vintage style milk-paints with a mixing ball inside when you shake it up. The new distress paint formulation works on multi-surfaces including paper, chipboard, grungeboard, fabric, wood, metals, and plastics.  It’s also reactive with water while the paint is wet, allowing you some great blending ability and awesome textural effects.  But the best part, though, is once the paints are dry, they don’t rewet and stay dry so you’re able to layer these with the other Distress products like inks and stains to achieve incredible effects!  And in an amazing palette of 24 colors, these new Distress Paints will make it easy to coordinate with other Distress products on all your mixed media and papercrafting projects!

Are you looking for something new to do with your papercrafting?  Do you love Teresa Collins’ collection of paper & embellishments, but aren’t quite sure what to do with them?  If you answered “yes” to either, or both, questions, then join Kim for her new "Out of the Box" class as she shares some fun, creativity & loads of inspiration.  During this technique packed class, you’ll create a unique one-of-a-kind box that would be perfect on anyone's desk & includes 4 cards, 3 tags, and even a Dates-to-Remember book . . . all using the “Carolina Breeze” paper collection by Teresa Collins . . . and LOTS of bling.  Supplies to Bring: Advanced Craft Kit (ACK), ¼” red tape, and an assortment of your favorite adhesives (including foam tape, glue dots, wet adhesive, & tape runner).  A stylus and standard hole punch will also be helpful, but not required.  All other materials and supplies will be provided.

Join Mindy Park on Saturday, June 9th from 10:30am-3:30pm for a fun-filled day in her "Chalk-It-Up Workshop" as she shares her secrets and magic to creating your own unique message board that would be perfect in any home decor.  Transform a 24" metal tile into a fabulous work of art as you learn how to mix your own custom colored chalkboard paints, then distress and add faux painting techniques and gorgeous embellishments to make it your own.  You'll be the envy of all your friends when they ask you where you bought this gorgeous art piece and you tell them, "I didn't, I made it myself!"

Students will need to bring at least two (2) 2" or 3" paint brushes, a variety of craft brushes, and their favorite adhesive.  A small hammer, pair of needle-nose pliers, and Crop-O-Dile are optional.  All other supplies and materials will be provided, including lunch.

We're Proud to Present . . .

We're very lucky to have two new teachers joining the CraftFusion family . . . Mindy Park and Madeline Bia.  Both ladies are extremely talented artists and we couldn’t be happier that they’ve chosen to join us!

Mindy will be sharing her artistic talents in collage and surface techniques . . . teaching new tips and techniques, as well as reinforcing current ones, everything from bling to ink.  Examples of her talents can be seen on her website at www.pictureperfectphotoarts.com . . . take a look!

Madeline is an avid papercrafter and will be sharing her talents ranging from page layouts and design to rusting techniques.  Madeline's also a member of the CraftFusion Design Team, so plan a visit to the store to take a look at her fantastic projects . . . both as Class Samples and Design Team projects . . . and check out her distinct style!
