'Tis the Season . . . for ATCs!

It was definitely a festive mood at December's monthly "ATC Workshop & Swap" with everyone in the holiday spirit!  It's always amazing to see what everyone creates, and with themes of "Windows, Doors & Arches", "Oh, Christmas Tree . . . Oh, Christmas Tree", "Abstracts", or "Favorite Technique(s)" for the last month of this year, it was no exception this month.  Just take a look for yourself!  Of course, everything always looks so much better in person, so if you haven't paid a visit recently to our ever expanding ATC Gallery, you really do need to stop in and see for yourself up close just how amazing these small works of art are.  A new line will soon be strung up so you'll be able to see even more of these fantastic mini masterpieces!

in our ever expanding "ATC Gallery"!

Knowing the new year was just around the corner and needing new themes, at November's Workshop everyone pulled 3 slips of paper from a "bucket".  Each paper slip had a topic or theme printed on it.  Oncer everyone had their slips, all of the slips were gathered up so they could be sorted out to organize the choices for 2015.  Plus, an exciting new twist was added to the mix . . . each month will now have a "Cook's Choice" category in addition to the "regular" themes!  Needless to say, everyone's looking forward to a very exciting 2015 of ATCs!

For anyone who missed this month's Workshop, now's the time to make your plans to join in the fun next month . . . Thursday, January 8th . . . when the monthly themes will be "New Year Resolutions", "Deck of Cards - Faces & Aces", "Winged Children", and "Cook's Choice - Use of Rubber Stamp(s)".  Pick just 1, or mix-and-match from 2, 3, or all 4 categories, but start “thinking big in a small way" and we'll see you then at this fun NO COST workshop.  From experienced to novice . . . you’ll definitely want to see what it’s all about for yourself!   It couldn't be any more simple . . . create 12 ATCs using the monthly themes (keeping 1 for yourself & bringing 11 to the Swap) . . . all the same or each one different . . . then come and share with others in a true workshop atmosphere. Or just stop in and see what's going on with other artists, ask questions, share information, have fun, and become inspired!
