“Bezels, Resin, & Bling . . . Oh My!” Soldering Workshop

Join Carol in another creative and exciting soldering Workshop as you explore the world of new techniques, tips, and skills in Soldering.  Learn how to create your own beautiful and romantic jewelry pieces using UV Resin . . . that don’t need to cure overnight!  You’ll be learning the basics of using a soldering iron to solder metal to metal, as well as how to create and finish bezels from copper pipe.  Carol will also share techniques in how to prepare your images for using with resin; punch holes in metal; adding rhinestones with solder for that “blingy” look; using patina; how to wire wrap beads; and adding jump rings and clasps.  Make your reservations early because with seating limited to only 8 students, this Workshop was previously sold out and you don't want to miss this second chance!  Call now to save your space and don’t miss a minute of this fun and creative workshop!  We’ll see you in the studio!

Supplies to Bring:  Basic set of jewelry tools including round nose pliers, flat nose pliers, and a flush cutter (available at local craft stores; see photo below).  All other tools, supplies, and vintage sparkly elements will be provided.
