Who Says it Doesn't Get Cold in Arizona?

Last Monday, January 14th, as I was running around town doing errands, I came across something that isn't often seen along any city street in the Phoenix-metro area.  Having relocated to Arizona 30+ years ago from a cold and snowy climate, this was definitely something that I'd hoped never to see again - especially two miles from home!  Of course, as I was driving down the street, I had to turn around and park to snap a shot of this amazing site!  Who says it doesn't get cold in Arizona?

Check out those "rocks" in front of the fountains - those are pure chucks of ice!
