Join Judy Wood as she shares a variety of easy-to-do techniques with you to create your own beautiful altered dominoes. Use your favorite completed dominoes to make a small framed collage for yourself or as a gift for a friend of family member. You'll ink, glitter, and bling your project to make it your own - each project will be unique!
