Join Shelley as she returns with her newest Workshop, this time just in time for Christmas.  With covers and pages created from wood, this unique album is one that will definitely become a display piece and will be passed down for many years to come.  Using the beautiful “Vintage Christmas” collection from My Mind’s Eye, your finished album will be overflowing with all kinds of holiday-inspired goodness . . . pockets & tags, flips & flaps, sleeves & bags, ribbons & lace, and so much more!  Shelley will also be sharing the secrets of her “magic” hinge system for this wonderful vintage-inspired chunky album, as well as techniques that you’ll want to use in many of your future projects.  With seating limited to only 10, you’ll want to call early to save your spot because you won’t want to miss a minute in creating this amazing album!

 

Supplies to Bring:  Basic Craft Kit (BCK), including craft sheet; paper trimmer; scoreboard & scoring tool; scissors; Scor-Tape (1/4” & 1/2”) or double-sided tacky tape; your favorite tape runner; glue gun & extra glue sticks; your favorite wet adhesive (Ultimate Crafters’ Pick suggested); stapler & staples; your favorite brown & white ink pads; and Crop-O-Dile or hole punch.  All other materials and supplies, as well as lunch, will be provided.

“Christmas Memories” Album Workshop

Join Sherry in her newest Workshop as you create this unique Christmas photo wheel using My Mind’s Eye “Vintage Christmas” paper collection. Constructed using PVC pipe, chipboard, burlap, and die cuts, you’ll create a beautifully unique way to display 12 - 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 inch photos that everyone will absolutely envy. Embellishments from Tim Holtz and Grapevine Designs will be added throughout this mini photo display for just the right amount of vintage charm.  In addition, you’ll also learn techniques for using Tim Holtz’ Distress Embossing Powders and Stains, as well as decorating with die cuts.  Make your reservations early, because with seating limited to only 8 students, spaces are sure to fill quickly.  Call now to save your space and don’t miss a minute of this fun and creative Workshop!
