We've Got "Strength"!

It was a fun and exciting day in the CraftFusion Workshop last Saturday, February 22nd, as Shawn Petite shared the magic and secrets to her unique style in creating gorgeous mixed media art pieces with several lucky students. At the end of the Workshop, everyone went home with their own one-of-a-kind piece of art . . . and big smiles on their faces!  Shawn led the students in all types of step-by-step techniques that they'll be able use in many future projects . . . how to create aging, shading, and texture in mixed media . . . as well as the use of collage using ephemera, book pages, and papers. Acrylic paints, charcoal, pencil, and even found objects were added as finishing touches to each piece.

If you weren't able to come, you'll definitely want to make your plans now to join Shawn in her next Workshop . . . Saturday, March 22nd.  Stay tuned for more details as they become available, but we heard whispers of birds and your choice of words!  You'll want to call early to save your spot, though, because with limited seating, you won't want to miss a minute of the fun!
